Oh? Actually only three IC days [s](four if you count the retconned Friday that only I'm aware of)[/s] have passed ever since then, we had a period of seriously slow paced activity and only now we are getting back on track.

On the matter of higher levels, you should ask for [@TheWindel]'s opinion. Leveling up has been a constant and complicated issue that we are trying to solve; for the time being only their opinion can have a say in the matter or not.
