Induction; lost in thoughts 'And some of you will do terrible things.' The old summoner's words echoed in Avey's mind and were accompanied by horrifying thoughts and visions, Avey saw dark silhouettes of men with glowing eyes, surrounded by large terrible beasts causing mass chaos and destruction. Smoke filled the skies and fire scorched the lands. "Well maybe not so many if you didn't validate the notion with your negative affirmation." Avey was standing amongst the clutter of new pupils huddled around the summoner's circle as he quietly grumbled his opinion to the the cracks stretching across the old gritty floor. He hadn't noticed the wave of twisting heads as curious eyes searched for the owner of the unanswered name. "Avarius Elthandeir!" The name rung loudly for the third time. Avey finally woke from his day dreams and looked up as all other eyes fell upon him. With a light-hearted guilty smile he slides through the other students and takes his place in front of them as he heads towards the summoning floor. Those before him hadn't properly cleaned up, that was ok. Avarius walked right past the chest of objects and didn't even slow at the corner placement of the circle, instead choosing to stand right in its supposed centre with no chalk in hand. He heard the mocking whispers of his class but payed them no attention as he stood facing them all yet looking at none.
Phase one; Summon. Without sharing words he began. His feet swiftly crossed over one another as he dipped at the knees, bowed his head and raised his arms out wide to his sides, holding the edges of his coat firmly in his hands, creating wing like flaps. Then suddenly to the rhythm of a silent beat he moved. With swift acrobatic agility his arms swung widely in large sweeping arc's, his coat theatrically trailing behind his rolling flourishes in a practised majesty. With a delicate grace he stepped, slid and even jumped around the small confined stage. He spun in circles, low and high, on vertical and horizontal plains, slow, fast, small, wide. His hands repetitively swept across the floor and he continually billowed around air with his cloak. Avey was not a static summoner, but still there were things that needed to be done. Entranced in his own rolling flowing motions it was a display crossing the disciplined arts of tai chi with the wild primal dancing of ancient natives. The onlooking class was divided. There were those that watched on amused, others confused while some tried, not all so hard, to hide smirks and giggles. This went on for a while. Longer then every summoner before him. There were those who grew increasingly bored of his eccentric display.
The arrival. Were it not for the softly glowing ghost white feathers falling to the floor around him, appearing magically from thin air, he would have been dismissed as a looney time waster. But sure enough as he continued to dance more feathers formed and and fell, scattering to the floor. Finally the elemental indicater was present as a small gust of wind came and magically gathered the feathers into a single spot before him. The feathers formed an egg like orb, there was the bright glow of energy signalling the arrival of a summoned creature, but as the feathers fell away Avarius dropped to his knees and surrounded the summoned creature with his body and cloak...
Phase two; Contract.

...

Just as his summon had taken awhile, the negotiation phase laster longer than expected. Silence fell the room as anticipation grew heavy in the air. What was his summon? Had he failed the contract? Without movement Avey underwent his greeting telepathically and made the begining of his bond in silence.
Unification of souls. The binding light of souls joining grew expectantly, reaching from beneath Avey it engulfed his entirety as a sudden and fierce torrent of wind washed through the room and swirled a new batch of bright brilliant snow white feathers around him. Before the light receded or the wind settles a soft thud came from a collapsing body as an exhausted Avarius fell to the floor unconscious. (Should he be moved, hidden beneath each lifeless hand lay a small puddle of blood. [used to create the now consumed circle.])
