[@Roosan] Sam Wilson does the same, but it's more a "Kill or be killed."

I think that's the distinction, if he goes out the way and will kill them no matter what. That's WTL. Though if he'd rather there was an alternative, but will kill if necessary. He can probably still be classed as a hero.
