Sure! My schedule doesn't allow me to be on here all the time, but I try to check in daily. 

As for what to write.. Hm. The possibilities. What sort of fantasy would you like to try for? 

I've got a set of characters have lain dormant in a semi-fantasy/high-tech world. Each family in this world has an elemental affinity, similar to Avatar the Last Airbender, but with a bit more diversity in elements. For example, one of my characters has the Mind element, with psychic leanings. There's also the Sound element, and various forms of Energy... I think. I wonder if I can dig up the full list a friend put together.. 
It's also possible for characters to obtain secondary elements, but it's a big challenge. 
 
Or, we could always start something new.
