I will neither sugarcoat this or be a dick about it: Your sheet is too short by a large margin. Beef it up with some details. A [i]lot[/i] of details. The only thing I know about your character is that he's big, and that he's a skilled brawler, killer, and lovemaker who likes milkshakes, and his only real weakness is that he has allergies, so he's already edging towards Mary Sue territory. Also, he needs an animal mask in that description.

Good start! I'd like to see some more details about him, and details that set him apart from the average gang member. Keep in mind, there are dozens of gangmembers besides the characters in the RP, the only difference is that our characters are more unique than the run of the mill thugs and are always spouting of philosophical musings about how unfair the world is and shit like that. Currently, Jay just sounds more content to get schmacked.
