Seeing as [@Brink_] doesn't appear to be showing back up, I've decided we can use his spot on the map for an NPC nation, possibly a villain, or just something really unique and interesting.

So, what would you all like to see in an Non-Player Nation? Asking [@Sigma] especially, as he will be the most affected by this change.
