[@EurmalEye] I could always rewrite the incident, but due to the creation of the group home, they would be advised to take the opportunity. If he was really a killer, then it could just cause trouble there in getting people killed, and also solid proof to evict him. It's still unknown of the many contributing to it to the group home's creation, but they'd take the opportunity nonetheless. As for another, his crime wasn't solid or proved him to be the clear killer, and they didn't want to end the case right there, so they would defer his presence to there since he couldn't do much in the court. It's also why it's currently a year as it's to be decided whether he's to be moved to a jail, or to be free of the eviction. Ever since the first trauma, he obtained insomnia. The trauma could cause depression and lead to a multitude of illnesses, but of all the main occurring ones, he has insomnia. If you just want me to list insomnia as the only possible illness, then that's how it will be for the rest of his life until the next trauma or occurrence.
