I'm beginning to rethink my decision to start at Level 3. In the ic, I see that there are people who're now Level 5. Plus, if I am interpreting what Windel said correctly, they're going to Level Up again after this event.

I'd like to request to start at Level 4 at the very least so I (and Queue and Mega Birb) don't fall too far behind. If we can't, then I understand.
