[@Sabotage] True but I'm sure basic information would be common knowledge. I assume we'll create and use NPCs as we need them, as more roleplays tend to do. In which case we could assume that say Sybille would know Jimmy is a bit of an introvert, but other than basic personality aspects, what weapons they favor, and what they drive, oh and their primary role in the gang, More specific details would have to be okay-ed between players first.
