The Commonwealth has made a huge mistake if they attempt to "nab Xim space".

As my N.S. (which is coming in a few hours, everyone) will show, the Xim have the [b]weakest[/b] invasion forces in the entire galaxy (hence why they couldn't hurt the Federation and probably never will), but the strongest defense. Of all the nations, I would daresay that the Xim are the most difficult to invade. 

Don't get me wrong, you could wipe out a Xim offensive like it was a mosquito, but you would get crushed if you approached one of their planets. Their ships are pathetic in every way, but more than ships defend them. 

If it doesn't sound to OP of me to say this, your ships wouldn't stand a chance the moment they entered Xim space. Now, stay OUT of Xim space and you could utterly destroy anything they send at the Federation, but the moment you're on the Xim's turf, you're going to start losing badly.
