I can work with really rough stuff. Regions are based off of a landmass like Hawaii, Sections of Japan, France, etc, so if you tell me whatever country/landmass/whatever, I can grab a map of it, produce something.

Or I can randomly generate something. Or I can fix up a rough copy of it.
