[@shylarah] You're in a forest -- taking a running start would get you face-deep into the trunk of a tree. ;)  As for climbing a tree or cliff that's high enough to clear the surrounding trees and still catch the wind (the updraft continually available on the island is most definitely not present here) feel free to look for it IC and I'll let you know if you find it.

No worries, though. Almost half of you have no means of flight anyway. Yet.
