See, there it is: those drones don't get sick or age, but Kasahov could hack them, and they can't be created naturally. That's a good trade-off. Allowing an organic race with immortality and disease-immunity would not be a trade-off. 

Regardless, I'm curious: how did Kasahov pick his name?
