Customer: "Excuse me, can you help?"
Me: "sure what's up?"
C: "I'm looking for a part for a pump. Would you have something like this?

M: "hmm... haven't seen one of those before. What type of pump is it?"
C: "A sewerage pump off a septic tank"
M: ...
[b]*slowly hand back part, tell him we don't stock it, then goes off to bleach his hands after touching the grungey part*[/b]
