Some ideas, no idea if these will help but, no need to follow this to the t but some guidelines I guess?

*Socially are they easy to talk too or just aloof and distant?
*Are they blunt or would they bite their tongues if what they were going to say could possibly hurt the other person?
*How do they handle under pressure?
*Are they in general serious, or jokey?

I'm sure I missed alot more, but yeah.
