There are three routes you can go with the char you have so far in terms of race. Drakkens are the resultnf being of a dragon and human merging into one being, ghe new being  in question sharing both qualities and can shift between human and dragon form.
Dracomancy, a type of druid magic, uses magic to be one with dragons, which varies as simple spells, summoning, or turning into a dragon themselves.
