Since the outbreak of the S3-H1 Virus in 2027, more than 68% of the world's population died. Falling victim to the terrible, man made disease that meant only to bring down 40% of Earth's population. We were going through a time where overpopulation was a big concern. Areas that were once rich with food were now going through extreme poverty, and areas that were already starving have already died off. Earth's population was 800 billion people at the time and was still rising everyday. Forced into a corner, the US Government did the only thing they were able to do, create a deadly virus that would wipe out a good amount of the population, enough simply to end the poverty on Earth. This backfired, and killed of 68% of the population, and as a cover up the US Government did something nobody thought possible. Another serum was made, which was also spread throughout the globe. However, the effects were different. Anyone with compatible genes were altered, turned into superhumans with extraordinary powers. Once this happened they were immediately blamed for the deaths, and as a result they were all taken and imprisoned, never to be heard of again.
7 years later
With the superhumans still locked up. Humans got a false sense of security, made to believe that Superhumans were actually to blame for the mysterious outbreak caused by the government. Bitterness grew within the Superhumans and the prison that they were kept in became the most dangerous place on Earth. Fights and murders were a common thing. Even the youngest prisoners, toddlers and little kids, sometimes found themselves involved with a murder, either planning one, witnessing one, helping, or simply murdering someone in cold blood. Repeated attempts to break out the prison were witnessed, none succeeded. That was until a pair of twins tried it for themselves, tired of living in the prison and fighting. Weston Taylor and [TBD] Taylor, the ones who decided to break out of the prison. But, just like the others, the planned failed terribly, leaving the twins running in circles from armed guards. Backed into a dead end, the twins thought it was over, that they would die right then and there. Weston refused to let that happen, and used his powers, an act punishable by death. The prison began to fall, the entire building collapsing slowly. Prisoners began fleeing during the chaos and and guards were distracted by Weston. His sister had tried to help, but she was carried away by the river of prisoners trying to escape, forced to watch her brother fight off the guards while she could do nothing. At the end of it all the prisoners escaped and the prison had fallen underground, leaving nothing behind. But Weston never made it out.
10 years later
It seemed that all was at peace. There was no retaliation to the attack on the prison, nor the freedom of the Superhumans. Humans realized there was no threat and Superhumans were nothing to fear. Most of The Evolved, a new name that was given to them, had gone into hiding to keep themselves safe while some realized they were no longer hated and explored the world. This security only lasted for so long, before war broke out. The Government had been planning for years on how they would attack, and when The Evolved began to trust, that when they struck. Technology used to combat The Evolved had been made while they were imprisoned, so this was no easy battle and in the end, nobody claimed victory, both retreated. Without planned attacks these wars would be for nothing. So after the long years [TBD] Taylor, the sister of the boy who had freed The Evolved, stepped up and decided that she would lead her kind and win this war. It wasn’t to long before they began gaining more teams, the most useful one known as “The Evolved Activists”. Highly skilled rebels who thought that the way The Evolved were being treated was extremely unfair. Now with an all out war broken out The Evolved must force the Government into submission and take over the world as their own, to ensure the peace between Evolved and Humans.

Superhumans that were given their powers through a serum that was released in order to cover up a mistake the government had made. The Evolved are extremely powerful but do have weaknesses. The Evolved live in a heavily guarded underground base that is only accessible by a disguised elevator. Only Evolved and certain Evolved Activists know of this base.
Evolved Activist
Evolved Activists are highly trained rebels that help combat the government during this war. Evolved Activist have access to a variety of machines, vehicles, and weaponry that the government don’t even know about. Some Activist live in the underground base to help guard while others live above ground as spies. The Activists that are above ground have no knowledge of the base and are blindfolded in the event that they need to enter the base.
Evolved Guards
Military Veterans that are used to fight against the Evolved. Their weaponry is extremely advanced and gives them the perfect edge during a fight. Due to the intense training they went through, Evolved Guards are skilled in just about everything and have an even match when fighting an Evolved.
