The idea is that the power is an interpretation of divine retribution. Ever play D&D or RPGs? Know powers like Turn Undead and Smite Evil? But yeah, the power is indeed releasing stored divine energy into various attacks. It might be a discharge or her putting all of her energy into one arrow. I’ve been up for 24 hours so maybe it makes more sense to me than it does others.
