Hm. A lot of people have been asking about that. I may add something to the OP with naming conventions. Valkyries exist in a somewhat scattered tribal system, so there's no one convention, but most tribes in the Southern Islands, have two names, one which is used with foreigners and with people who are not immediate friends or families to the valkyrie and one which is used by immediate friends and family. Generally the outsider name is similar to a native American name, so some kind of nature aspect (ie Burning Wing, Flying Talon, White Buffalo, Wise Boar, Crazy Horse) is implied in them. The inside name is a single word and generally sounds somewhat Pacific Islander.
