That's not entirely true. Some humans have limited magical powers in the Oracle games. I would imagine magic users are uncommon and that the magic you can do on your own is somewhat limited, with most of the powerful stuff coming from the aid of magical artifacts, but you have some cases of human mages. Syrup and Maple, for instance. If you want to do a magic user, I'm sure we can work something out.
