So I'm...confused on his backstory. Maybe make it less complicated and easier to follow? Furthermore, as KoL said, he can't be both a Torch and a Flame Haze, regardless of technicalities. Furthermore he can't also be a Mystes and a Flame Haze. His first two Unrestricted Spells are fine, but the last one as well as his powers will have to be looked at more closely as per the rules of this RP. For his bio, I do agree that his age doesn't match the historical background if he's hundred of years old; of course, that would mean KoL and I have to go back and look through the other CSs now to make sure it matches. As KoL said, please PM the both of us so we can further discuss and work out your CS.
