Perhaps they slip in as spies or before the War, but they cannot and will not be playable characters other than in passing.

I suppose I can live with that. If this were a novel I doubt it wouldn't be that rigid but in this format I guess it maintains balance well enough.

If I may ask though why do the Mara specifically [i]have[/i] to be Fall? It's not like we have an overflow of Spring Fae.
