Maisy tensed up once Transformer started barking at everyone, almost certain that she'd get verbally crucified right there for blowing up her own play with not knowing enough about her opponent's deck style. But, luckily she wasn't roasted. In fact, she was...sorta indirectly complimented by NOT being told she was terrible. Back straight, and her left arm pulled into a fearful salute, Maisy said: "SIR YES SIR!" before taking a seat to wait out the rest of the class. Maisy was basically stuck in a position where she was staring at Transformer and the board throughout the lesson, scribbling her notes down since she was afraid if she looked away he might think she wasn't paying attention. She blinked maybe once every minute as well, since she was that damn afraid of the man. But he was...a pretty good teacher, all things considered. The strategies he presented seemed sound, and she hoped that next time she tag-dueled, it would go more smoothly. Once the lesson was over, Maisy slumped back in her chair and fanned herself with her hat for a moment before placing it back atop her head. Feeling like she was a little peckish, the girl rose from her seat to go find the like...one person still in the room she'd socialized with, Vincent. Oh but wait...he had a partner too, right? That Mr. Morrison fella. Figuring that Vincent would be a little upset about not getting to duel, Maisy had a feeling she should try and make smalltalk with his partner. Mostly to try and hear about how big of a dick Shinrei was being to them. Walking over slowly, Maisy tapped the muscular dude that was Brad on the shoulder. Wait...was he intimidating? Maisy actually had to stop and ask herself that. Well, he probably WAS, and IS, but Transformer had that sorta "Biggest guy in the room" Aura following him, so she hadn't really noticed about now. "Sorry about your opponent." she said, figuring that'd be a good conversation starter.
