Hey [@AcerRo], great concept you have going here and awesome posts from everyone so far.  Got me interested enough to start working on a CS. 

Regarding the powers, do they only [i]first[/i] manifest themselves two weeks after the events, or could they have come up in the character's past before? I didn't notice any of the other's including this in their character history, but figured I would ask.
