Hmmm, having trouble with the actual [i]character[/i] side of my hero idea (since the power is all figured out) so tempted to try and throw together a villain-ish character in the meantime.  Had the idea of them basically wanting to "test" Quirks or something and basically treating their villainous actions as some kind of "game" or "exam" but... Hmmm.  We'll see how that works out I guess. ^^;
