[@Chaotic Chao]Sorry, I saw your PM but I've been trying to respond to everything. Anyway, I suppose it depends on what you wanted to do with each power--Chain Manipulation seems like it'd be best for restraining people, but we already have Falkon's Plant Manipulator and, to an extent, Dblade's character who would also be good at doing that. Plasma Energy would need to be toned down at the beginning, since plasma as a rule is extremely high temperature, but it also seems like it'd be pretty much limited to energy blasts, which Lmpkio's character already does, although I suppose his are more like blunt impacts even though one of them does cause burns.
