Adam nodded, "Alright, later then." He then went to fill out all of the paperwork for Arsenic's adoption. Sure they were partners and "villains," but Adam was still very careful to follow the rules in his citizen form. People saw him as a nice, charming guy, and this was exactly what he wanted. No one expected him to be Tiger. Once the paramedics were taking care of Gadget, Agent left. She wanted more than anything to return to the apartment and relax, but she still had time to spare or else the others would be suspicious. She didn't want to tell her roommates about her identity because it could put them in danger. The young woman let out a long sigh, hoping to get her mind in order. Being offered two partnerships in one day certainly wasn't something to brush off slightly. She knew the two new heroes needed a third to help out since they were still learning the ropes, but they must not have known that she was still new herself. Gadget offered her a partnership because she really needed the help, but Agent wasn't sure if she wanted to become Gadget's sidekick, mainly for the reason Gadget was working under a government. Agent preferred to work on her own accord, at least now, because she could make her own decisions and had to take responsibility for herself. "Sorry!" Hice shouted, seeing a man slip on her ice from the corner of her eye, but then he was gone. She shrugged it off and pulled the captured woman along the strip of ice back into the store. The effort of using her ice powers had winded her a bit, but her breath was back once she got the woman back. "Can you trap this one too?" she asked The Protector who nodded and placed another shield around the extra woman. "We could've handled that better, huh?" The Protector asked. The first woman began to pound on the shield and he refocused his attention on the box. "Yeah, I guess. It's hard to do this, but we'll get better with more experience," Hice said and began stretching. Two cops came inside and detained both women and Hice and The Protector left. Then they heard gunfire from the building across. "This city really doesn't sleep," The Protector sighed and Hice nodded.
