Looking over the profile on the Union...

I was planning on my Vamps homeland having a sort of Lovecraft Country/Campbell Country feel, mixed liberally with classic Transylvania, itself located not too far away from the desert regions of the middle east.

Would a constant string of historical blood wars between the Vampire houses of said nation, and the possible vampire/lich lords of the Union be possible, lorewise?

Considering their differences on slavery, I could see it as a sort of parallel to the Crusades.
