The mark is meant to be more so a mark than a full bodily change. Also in your bio, you list what happened at Verion and lots of details afterward, from what I've been able to tell so far, the GMs like to have an account of a character's early life. Also, I'm pretty sure that the equipment section is suppose to be more like a list.
