[color=92278f][b]Appearance:[/b][/color]
Miki is rather short for his age, standing at about five foot five. He has darker skin which is standard for for a member of the water tribe, he also has the tribe's famous blue eyes which looks good on his long and sharp facial features. his hair is a dark brown and let loose without any ties or braids to keep it tied down as he finds braiding or tying his hair uncomfortable. He has a slim yet strong body from all his years of training and healing which strengthen his body to almost peak strength. He often wears a traditional Water Tribe garb that keeps the him warm while also keeping him dry in the snow and water, it is the standard outfit worn by healers in the Northern Water Tribe with a few added augmentations to make it own, most noticeably are the three large pearls that are on each sleeve and one on the chest, this was added in by Miki's father to show off their family's wealth.

Miki often carries many healing berries on his person at all times to heal his own or hurt Pokemon he finds on his outings. This is an easy list of all the berries he carries:

Miki is an optimistic, friendly, outgoing, and carefree young man with a happy-go-lucky attitude that makes him approachable and easy to befriend. Miki is also very kindhearted and compassionate, something that is highly sought after by healers, he cares deeply for the people under his care as well as his friends and family. He is overall very friendly to everybody he meets, he rarely holds grudges, and is very open minded towards others and their culture even towards people that means him harm. Miki will always does his best to support others he cares for even if it puts him in harms way and he will do everything in his power to avoid resorting to violence. He would much prefer to be reasonable and make compromise instead of fighting back. 

Miki looks up his follow healers, especially his healing teacher Anika, who he considers family. He wants to be a great healer like her, one who would make his family proud to call their son. He is eager to go on adventures and go on missions to help others as well as to learn new things in the world he has yet to see much of. Despite his lack of experience he is quite brave to show his worth and skills to others and is at times reckless and may put himself or even others in harms way due to his foolhardy attitude. But he shown himself to be rather resourceful, which led him to be confidant and optimistic about himself and how large he thinks his contribution is to others.

Miki is rather naive can at times be rather socially obvious, due to his isolated upbringing by his parents. Miki has never Pokemon battled a day in his life and is clueless on how to fight in a Pokemon battle and is also obvious on the hardships of being poor or hungry. While Miki is often prepared to go on mission at a moment's notice, he has a bad habit of biting more then he can chew, requiring somebody more skilled to come in and help him, especially when it comes to a Pokemon battle.

Miki was born into a noble house as the youngest child of seven in the North pole. Even at a young age, much wasn't expected of Miki as he was the youngest sibling of many powerful waterbenders as well as skilled Pokemon Trainers in their own right so Miki had big shoes to fill. Miki's parents were also famous Waterbenders and Pokemon trainers as they were renowned throughout the north pole for their skills in both Pokemon training and water bending. To his parents Miki was a living doll to spend their excess money and jewels on to be the center piece of their family's children, which caused his siblings to spoil him as well as being their baby brother who is there just to be cute and not get in their way. 

For a time being spoiled was all he knew, and unexpectedly being spoiled for the entirety of his life hasn't made him rotten like some children that grew up the way he did but instead it made him a sweet and considerate child who cares for all those around him, both Pokemon and human. Miki lived his whole life in the North pole capital in one of the largest houses that his family called their own. He lived a life of comfort and riches away from the hardships of the world.

For a time his family worried for Miki as his waterbending ability hasn't appeared when he was a child and he is quickly reaching into his early teenhood. During one of his family's outing, is where Miki met his First Pokemon. A small Skrelp that loved the little snacks Miki sneaked out for the Pokemon during the outing. While feeding the little Skrelp a Dewgong accidentally pushed Miki into the freezing water and he couldn't swim with all the heavy clothes his family made him wear his family only seen him fall in the water too late to help, but he was saved by the little Skrelp which raised him up to the ocean's surface where Miki's family could get out. Once Miki was awake after being knocked out from the cold did he learned of the Skrelp heroic rescue of him, the family took the Skrelp with Miki as they seen the rescue as a sign of the Skrelp being Miki's Pokemon partner, and Miki was happy to have the Skrelp as his partner. Sometime after Miki's water bending ability started to manifest and he quickly started to learn water bending in great detail.

Miki unlike the rest of his family decided to learn the way of healing instead of the way of warfare. Miki's water bending teacher was an older woman named Anika a renowned healer in the North, the two hit it off well at the start, Miki was a good if a bit over zealous student and Anika was a patience and good teacher. The two formed a close bond, Miki was a like a child to Anika and Miki seen the woman as a part of his family. 

After years of training, Miki is to sent out on his first mission outside the North pole where he would help in the recovery process of the Avatar in some way but he's mostly there as a face of goodwill to the Earth Kingdom from the water tribe but he doesn't know that and genuinely believe he there for his skills and water bending.

Miki aspires to be somebody who can make his parents proud to call their son.

Kelp is a loving if a bit spoiled Skrelp who is hyper active and overly prideful from the years of pampering it gotten since it became the partner of Miki, but it cares deeply for Miki and his family and can come of as more caring about Miki's safety then Miki does. But for all it's pride it's rather weak due to Miki's pacifism but it will do everything in it's limited power to protect Miki from threats.

[color=92278f][b]Fighting Style:[/b][/color]
The few times Kelp is allowed to fight it is an evasive fighter, using camouflage, smokescreen and double team to mess up the opponent's attacks while it uses it's mix of poison and water attacks to damage opponent from a distance. He is a special attacker who can take decent amount of damage from most attacks.

[color=92278f][b]How the Pokemon will Evolve:[/b][/color]
They say a skrelp evolves when it becomes significantly powerful enough to learn a dragon type move, or it needs to train while surrounded by Dragon type Pokemon the weirdest rumor is that it needs to beat enough Fairy type pokemon to evolve, Miki is not sure if any of theses are true but you never know.

With how Miki currently is, he would make a team of Dragalge, Leafeon and Frosslass, but this might change depending on how his story pans out.
