Retsu wants Broker of Fortune to simply be at the Network, where they can talk over the local area chat (Think message board for those at the Network). Kanbaru shouldn't know who Dark Wraith really is, and at best, only knows that she's female and that she's at the Network. As for why she's going to Deep Ground later, that's because you're already in Deep Ground, so once Retsu gets her fill of dancing she'll drop on in and talk business.
