[u]Background:[/u] Kareem was born with pretty below average eyesight, requiring him to wear glasses to be able to see most of anything past a couple inches in his face. As a result, his hearing tended to be his stronger sense. Combined with the family he had out in Haystock Town occasionally taking him in during the music festival, he grew an enormous love for music. And not just music, but sounds in general. As such, he would often spend time in Aurora Caves, echoing sounds off of the walls and observing the various Pokemon there. This began to fuel his second passion, Pokemon. He would often end up watching them live, or attempt to interact with them for hours at a time. Eventually, he decided that he would go on a journey to collect Pokemon that seemingly shared his affinity.

Whismur (Male): A Whismur that Kareem encountered in the Caves quite often, even before he became a trainer. He always recognized it, because instead of shying away from him and hiding like most of the other Whismur, it was quite affectionate and liked to rough-house. As previously mentioned, unlike most of his race, Whismur is quite 
bold and isn't afraid of many things. He and his trainer get along very well and often mimic each other's gestures. Whismur often aids his Trainer in making music in any way it thinks it can. (Ability: Soundproof, Special Move: Hammer Arm)

Noibat (Male): The newest member of the Dream Team, encountered on Kareem's way to Haystock Town. Unfortunately for Noibat, who wasn't particularly interested, it was bested by Whismur in a one on one fight and was caught. While it has warmed up to Kareem over a few days enough to not bite his fingers off, Noibat is still quite strong-willed and isn't quite yet ready to take orders from Kareem. Not in their entirety, at least. (Ability: Frisk)
