[@Rune_Alchemist]Yeah, Ba Sing Se is more a plot builder post to add context. Without it Suu's post wouldn't have much to go on and give little into about the festival. Plus I don't wanna be one of those RPs where the GM mentions the plot, then doesn't use it.

(Also, off topic but I had an RP recently where the GM had the opportunity for a tournament like event, then skipped it to announce the results "he" wanted)
