Tomomi Katayama
Kumagera wasn't too bad, Tomomi guessed. There were worse teachers in the school at least, he probably wouldn't bother her too much. She took a seat at the window, near the back of the room where she hopefully wouldn't be called on that often. She sat down, leaning back in her chair and putting her feet up on the desk. A couple of students gave her funny looks but she ignored them and stared out of the window, trying to find shapes in the clouds. This was why she didn't like classrooms. She just had to sit there and think about stuff, or learn the useless knowledge the teachers tried to fill their brains with. Humming a tune under her breath, she kept looking out of the window, daydreaming about being somewhere else where things actually happened. It helped pass the time. Besides that, spending her time looking out of the window would help make it clear to Kumagera that she didn't care about whatever he had to say to her. If he got the message quick then the days might go by just a little faster. She couldn't wait for lunchtime. Wasn't a big eater or anything, but sitting still for this long in the class wasn't Tomomi's style, you know? She'd pay enough attention to pass her exams - maybe - but beyond that was unlikely.
