I understand that given the context of the RP, "beastman" is a race in of itself, however, I don't see why there's any reason to doubt the possibility of artificially-created animal men. In a fantasy RP where magic and the like is involved, one can assume that a variety of fantastical elements can be present, limited only by one's imagination (and confines of the setting). "Beastman" itself is not a universal race throughout all of fantasy, and when it does appear, it can vary hugely (ex. The Hobbit's Beorn vs. Warhammer Fantasy's Beastmen). Because the term is presented so vaguely in the OOC, I'm taking a bit of liberty with it. On that note, it's hard to actually lump all kinds of animal-folk into a singular "Beastman" category, because they inevitably differ greatly depending on the species they're mixed with, which may influence how they function as a society, and in a behavioral sense. In my case, Khagor and his clan may not be natural beastmen in the sense that they're not a race of their own, but I don't think one instance of magic turning men into hybrids is nearly enough to break the setting.
