At this point, no. There may be a point later on when they'll be able to sense each other, but I see it in my head as a bond would have to form before the Dragonlords could sense their presence. If this RP goes the way I'm hoping and runs for a while, it's entirely possible the Dragonlords and Guardians could form a solid bond over the course of the adventures that's....well, for the lack of a better phrasing at the moment... the dragon version of a force bond.
