[@JmerlRobot] The character has a few flaws but nothing I can't work with. I'll have to discuss his approval with [@Ira] but I'll see. [@RyoRyoRyoken] has a good point about his devil fruit ability, something I was going to bring up myself. You'll have to clarify that he has to have contact with said plant to imbue it with Armament Haki. 

Besides that I see that he has a limited Observation Haki that basically does what normal Observation Haki does. Give him a smaller radius of notice than others. A significantly smaller area. I think that would be a pretty good drawback for him. Don't forget this, it will be an important trait that makes him who he is [i]if we decide to accept him[/i].
