Only those with a pivotal role to the RP, those that will stick around for awhile can obtain it. 

Figured we'd go ahead and nip it in the bud before the "wanting to know" builds up too much.

I thought my History covered over it, Sabo, who would likely leader, is a Haki adept if not master.

What is DF also, defense?
