They had all sort of stuff, it didn't look old or anything, quite new in fact. They were using decent computers and there was close to no spot of dust to be sighted. The teacher overlooking the media center was dusting at the moment so that might have been the reason why. The teacher didn't look like anything fancy and Emi couldn't tell which element the teacher was using so maybe it was just a normal bystander, the world needed those too. Multiple copy machines and printers. Also some small shelves filled with manuals and popular books. It was better then the library where you would have to find anything on your own. Most students weren't out for old knowledge so it was a time saver indeed. She saw brunhilde from a distance sitting behind the computer. It looked like she knew what she was doing, a little weird for a girl like that but she didn't complain and let her do her own thing for now. Emi browsed between the books, the teacher almost immediately shot to her aid but Emi kindly declined her offer since she was just browsing. It had some titles she knew and read but nothing to interesting that had gotten her attention. She opened up a book about plant life and paged through it a bit but it was nothing to interesting. Emi got back to Brunhilde and stood behind her when she handled her computer business. A glance at the screen made clear Brunhilde hadn't been on there for a while. She had dozens of emails but Emi didn't interfere. She would get into her privacy if she would talk about that. Brunhilde was gonna send Emi some info too. Well she didn't mind although for what exactly? Emi gave brunhilde the book and wrote her email down leaning slightly over the small girl onto the page with her info as Emi waited for the girl to finish. The scanner of the printer gave her an idea. She snatched a random page from the waste bin and spread it over a table. She made corners of her index fingers and thumbs and held them slightly above the pages corners. She emitted light from her index fingers onto the page and slowly went down. At some points she slightly burned the pages but she was able to read the dark spots on the paper like this by the use of her brains and the light together. It was much clearer like this but it still needed some improvement. Like a way to actually read the letters instead of knowing where the lines of the letters were. A copier had a build in mind to decipher the pages but Emi didn't. If she were to master this she could possibly read blind from paper. She grinned a little as she tossed the paper back into the bin again. It was half burnt but it was worth the test. Proudly she walked back to Brunhilde who closed the computer and picked up the journal again. She asked Emi if they needed to do anything else today. Emi rose her index finger to her chin and pondered for a moment. "Hmmm.... Sunning? No that wasn't it... Uuuuhh..." Emi walked over to the window and looked up at the sun. With all the data from the sun, how hot it was, what day it was she could know the time by just a simple glance. It was one of her special abilities. Or so to say her only one. It was around 40 minutes after the lesson of Avarius had ended... crap. "Hehehe, I suppose we should hurry to the lesson. I kinda didn't pay attention to the time." Emi giggled softly and quickly took Brunhilde her hand and had started to wander off towards the same spot they were on before they started the break.
