[@LadyRunic] Didn't Falk shut the borders of Fall while he's away?  Not only that, but if Ojo's char really hasn't been to the fey realm yet, then Laira would have no indication that she's Fall-aligned.  She may be intended to be, but she's not yet, and she certainly hasn't sworn loyalty to anyone.  Granted, she might traipse in by mistake but even from the outside realm I imagine an unrecognized fey would be unwelcome at best and quite possibly dead.  Aisling better be ready to save that unfortunate kelpie's hide....
