Leander was caught off guard when he was suddenly hoisted up into the air. Leander actually began to feel a little nervous about his current situation as Mini Colonel spoke to him. Before long, though, he was released from the air, stumbling on his feet on the landing and falling back on his behind. Leander was disappointed. Both at Colonel for tossing aside cards, and at himself for not being able to get Colonel to be more friendly to him. 

As Leander bent over to gather up the cards Colonel discarded, someone else had already come over to berate the Dark Dorm student. Leander looked up to see a red-haired girl extending a hand towards him. Smiling, Leander said, "[color=fff79a]Thanks,[/color]" as he accepted her help and got back on his feet. Leander looked down at the cards in his hands, wishing they had gotten better treatment from Colonel, and gently placed them in one of his pockets. Looking back at Colonel, Leander contemplated trying to talk to him again, but decided that it would be better to try another time. Right now, he would see how Colonel would react to Megan.
