The Valkyrie subclass is mainly focused on destroying and overpowering others with long to mid ranged magic while still providing support to its teammates. Valkyries are able to hold their own against many classes thanks to its ability to easily lock down mid-ranged attacks and some long ranged but they are weaker to close range attackers even if they can be it themselves. They have very high mobility but with their armor and health relatively low the Valkyrie class must rely on stealth or their teammates. Their abilities are both a mix of Tech and Magic so they are never without a means damage and healing. Weapons: *Light-spear: a 5 foot long metal handle that produces a blade of plasma that is able to cut objects like a a plasma torch. very close range. *Laser rifle *Light shield: Deploys from a emiter on her wrist and is shaped like either a tower shield or a kite shield. Being a plasma blade, Zealot completely ignores defence on light and medium armored enemies, while substantially lowering defence on heavy armored enemies. Zealot also gains twenty percent attack speed with each successful hit, becoming little more than a deadly red streak after just a few blows. This sword has an extremely high attack speed, being able to match Zealot at its 60% speed buff, otherwise known as it's "Red Streak mode". Though this blade doesn't pack too large of a punch, it makes up in attack speed and its capability to shoot arcs of lightning from the point. These arcs deal no damage but they stun enemies for three seconds and reduce their movement speed by 30% for an additional five, though these arcs are slow moving and easily dodgeable by anyone with a slightly above average movement speed or reaction time. [/hider] [hider=Frostbite Grenade] Frostbite Grenades are another high-end craftable weapon that while aren't spectacular in the damage area are well-known for being very effective area-of-effect crowd control. The explode on contact causing the direct target to gain the frozen status for three seconds and adjacent targets to be rooted for the same period of time. It also causes the terrain in a ten meter radius to gain the difficult terrain debuff forcing movement to be limited to walking for fifteen seconds before the ice vaporizes. [/hider] [hider= HMC Grappler] A Hyperion Mercenary Company raid reward and one of the best grappling devices in the game, the HMC Grappler has a range of ten stories allowing for a quick ascension in about twenty seconds at maximum range. Beyond just her weapon, being a huntress, she also gains a unique ability that comes with the subclass. A dog companion becomes a very big part of the subclass, she must travel with it unless telling it otherwise and it also can be a crucial part of combat for her, both helping and having the ability to save her. It also can be used to retrieve things or scout as well. There is also many other perks to this class. It runs on a cool down system, only being able to rapid fire 10 arrows before having to wait for ten seconds before firing. Working on an over heating system, repeated fire makes it over heat for the 10 seconds mentioned. Firing about two a second wont cause the bow to produce heat, 3 shots for two seconds, so on and so fourth. The longer she holds the energy arrow, the stronger it will be, at base pull, it can cause small breaks in stone and the like, and dents in metal, as well as piercing skin. Holding the arrow for 3 seconds turns it green from red and those arrows can cause holes in stone and metal, same as skin. Holding it for 5 seconds or long will cause it to turn blue, in which case it will go through both stone and metal. The max range she has attempted is about 100 meters, but the bow is said to have a larger range. After combat, the bow must be charged for a minimum of 30 minutes to work decently, the longer it charges the better the weapon preforms. [/hider] [hider=BR-90Z] Shown in the picture, these two rather large pistols. These odd looking guns are quite interesting in itself, they come with the bow. Taking two forms, the pistols follow the same as the bow, coming with energy ammunition. It cant charge and it has the typical range and power of a high end pistol. However it doesn't need to be reloaded, working on a cool down system as well. holding 20 "bullets" each, it has both a three round shot feature, and a single shot feature. It takes about 5 seconds to cool down after use of those 20 shots, before being able to be used again. This however not the only feature to this gun. It also comes in two forms of a blade, pressing the safety twice, causes the gun to fold into two 8 inch long daggers. [/hider] [hider=KI-RO] KI-RO is a weapon made for the subclass Huntress, however it is something entirely different from a gun or anything of the like. KI-RO is a robot of sorts, fixed with an AI system, from which is get it's name "Killer Infiltration Robot Operator". This robot dog of sorts is fit with dozens of it's own little toys, but it's about the size of a fully grown german shepard. It's completely linked to Charlie, she can see what it see's by pulling up a screen fitted into her armor. It follows her orders undeniably and will only follow her orders unless told otherwise by Charlie. The dog is fitted with military grade titanium teeth and claws. It's jaw has enough pressure to be able to crush metal. Capable of running at up to speeds of 40 MPH at full running potential, it's body is made of sleek military grade Kevlar, making it incredibly hard to kill with knifes, non piercing ammo, etc etc. It's tails comes with a radio transmission system, allowing for the ability to contact dozens of miles out or ping for help. It also has a back of system incase it's hit with an EMP or electrical device, however will need to wait 10 minutes before restarting again. It's said that only experienced overwatchers and their subclasses can detect her, sometimes even giving them a hard time.[/hider] [hider=(Huntress Passive)Owl Eyes] Slightly like intuition, this one is sort of different, having the ability to detect things with incredible precision at almost a mile before she struggles maintaining small details.[/hider] [hider=(Huntress Passive)Hunting Instinct] Coming with the class, she is a gifted tracker, being able to pick up small details like that of a hunter. However this passive also gives you more than just that. It also allows her to take shots better, holding her breath for longer times to remain quiet. Brawlers tend to have a variety of powerful close range attacks, and their agility, movement speed, and endurance are slightly increased from the typical BattleBorne. However, they also have lighter armor and slightly decreased health, along with a weakness to ranged attacks. The few ranged attacks that Brawlers can use are not as powerful as their close range attacks, and they often require time to charge which leaves them vulnerable to attack. While his knowledge of technique is impressive and serves him well, his fighting style is limited to the natural laws of physics. So, he isn't doing any midair 360 quintuple crescent kicks any time soon. [u]Meditation:[/u] This ability allows Sensei to boost all of his stats a small amount for a short period of time. The longer he meditates, the larger the boost and longer the effect. However, while he meditates, he will be vulnerable to all attacks, and if he is attacked while meditating, his focus is broken and the effects of meditating will not occur. [u]Chi Pulse:[/u] Sensei's only ranged attack. After using time and energy to charge the attack, he releases a pulse of energy from his hands. This will deal a small amount of damage to a single opponent and has a chance of stunning them for a short period of time. Just think Dragon Ball Z, except somewhat less impressive. [u]Knockout Punch:[/u] This is another of Sensei's charged abilities, but unlike the others, this ability is charged through obtaining combos (multiple consecutive hits on an opponent) or killing opponents. Indriel is a summon that lasts for however long Hiro wills it, unless she falls in combat in which she isn’t able to be resummoned until the designated time cooldown. She has one attack spell which is fireball and even then she rarely uses it. She is rather meek and tends to hide behind Hiro, Indriel or Christian when someone approaches her. [2 post since death] [*] Fire Bats - This is the very basic attack of his. He summons bats to attack an enemy/enemies that are within the range and deal extra fire damage. Although this has very short range and he needs to stay still if he wants to activate this skill. [*] Skull Bomb - He summons a skull and explodes upon impact of anything really. It doesn’t deal too much damage but it works as a well enough distraction. Although when it does explode, it releases some sort of poison gas which slowly damages enemies within range but it can be easily avoided or blown away. He was an average student but he did his best considering that for every 90+ grade he had, he would get a new game. He had made multiple friends in the internet through these games which he would usually chat up when he wanted. Despite everything though, he tries to be independent and not act like a spoiled brat. Basically, games were given to him through hard work and not just asking his parents. So did most of the things he had. He led a great life. But then Elysium was released. Through multiple connections from his father, he got a hold of the copy ahead of its release date but it was already the final version. It opened up a whole new world for him. Everything was amazing. It was a mix of practically every genre known to mankind. He developed friends in a much deeper level and he highly enjoyed everything. Although the year passed and he found himself trapped within the game. Any attempt to eject themselves through outside means would result in thousands of deaths. His parents understood this immediately after the first attempt and in fear that they would lose their son, they stopped trying and only cheered him from the background. But he never thought it was a bad thing though. He just had to be more careful. He doesn’t have a purpose right now other than surviving and grinding. They are a rather low mobility making them a more easy target to hit, but they are natural tanks and will eat the damage you give them. They do posses some long range, yet they are better medium to close range. These bad boys can carry what looks impossible to carry with ease. The ammo comes from a big pack which can be attached to the gun or removed and placed on the back of his suit. The hammer can reach long range but is very inaccurate which makes it ideal for medium range shooting and a little close range, but the size doesn't make all to great for close range. But yeah it's a sickle that is a handle until equipped and then it takes form, and yes this is what would be used in a close range fight for when The Hammer won't cut it... Pun not intended. Moving on this bad boy hitting the rights places can leave an opponent dead in few swings, but with his slow mobility makes his swings slower so they are easier to dodge. The 'bone' of the wings are metal and fold up when not in use. But when they spread out, energy courses through them to form feather-like technical patterns that is exhuded from the wing itself. They can only keep a certain weight afloat for a short period of time, after which a landing must be made. When the landing happens, the timer resets. The wings can cut through certain weapons, but like the person typically using them, are very fragile.[/hider] [hider=Matrix Generators]Two circular objects implanted on the palms of Field Generators that allow for the more practical applications of such technology. They allow the A.E.G.I.S' energy to be harnessed and manifested in the forms of clear-ish walls, domes, and blasts as well as allow for the siphoning of energy into the A.E.G.I.S. They also allow for a mild amount of gravity manipulation around the energy of the A.E.G.I.S to allow for compression or decompression. When overloaded with energy, there's no chance of survival for the person wearing them. Or, y'know, whoever's in front of them.[/hider] [b]Abilities:[/b] [color=6ecff6]Shield 1: Creates a large dome around something of Brynhild's choice, including herself. It can be made larger or smaller, and the shape can be altered. The outside and inside of the shield itself repels attacks and things in general. They can be shattered when it's hit hard enough or Brynhild herself is attacked. She also takes damage when they're attacked.[/color] Shield 2: [color=6ecff6]A lighter, more hand-held type of shield that can be used for attacks or dispelling things like bullets and sword strikes on a one on one level. The compression around the shield is very tight and as such, can be used to cut through things and will hurt quite a bit if it was to make contact. The compression makes it very, very brittle, but they can be made quickly, so.[/color] Shield 3: [color=6ecff6]This shield is a very specific type that Brynhild only typically uses if she has to finish someone by herself. She creates a sort of bubble around someone if possible, then compresses it to the point of implosion. This ability is very impractical. Even nudging Brynhild would stop her from completing it, and, again, the shields are brittle. It would take an incapacitated enemy in the middle of nowhere to complete.
