Marc stands at 5'10" tall and weighs in at a lean 164 pounds.  He's a Caucasian with jet back hair and piercing blue eyes.  He has several scars from stab wounds and gunshots from his long career.

Backstory: Marc's parents are German expats who fled the country when Russia began its expansion into Europe.  When they arrived, Marc had not yet been born, and his parents spent a few years traveling around the country, both obtaining jobs in education as educators.  When Marc was born, they settled in Ankora to officially begin their lives in the United States.  Marc's father ended up as a college professor at the local university, while his mother stayed home to raise her child.  For the most part, Marc led an uneventful life, but he had grown up knowing about Vigilantes.  When he was in high school, he even got to witness a Vigilante performing their job firsthand when the diner he and his family had been dining at was suddenly held up by a masked gunman.  From out the corner of his eye, another masked stranger spring into action and attempted to apprehend the gunman.  A brief struggle ensued and the gunman ran.  Wanting to help in some way, Marc stuck his foot out into the gunman's path, tripping him.  The Vigilante was on him seconds later, and nodded his acknowledgement to Marc; this event stuck with the teen for the rest of his days and marked a turning point in his life.  From then on, he wanted to be just like them, and began training himself in the martial arts.  For a time, he donned a mask and went out on nightly patrols as "The Marked Man"...until he was arrested.
After a brief stay in jail, he went through the proper channels to become a full-fledged government agent.  At least then, he could still punch badguys, but get a government check for it.

Personality: Marc is a pretty laid back guy.  He's downright friendly to people he respects or sees as allies.  As Mister Business, he adopts a persona that he's a no-nonsense vigilante who will stop at nothing to get the job done.  He'll occasionally trade witty banter with his opponents, but that's pretty rare.

Costume: Along with the suit in the first picture, Mister Business also wears a mask made of carbon fiber:

His suit jacket also has carbon fiber sewn into it, and the vest has a layer of Kevlar.

Abilities/Skills: Marc is an expert in Eskrima and Aikido.  Through his career, he has earned more than a few contacts in the underworld.

This simple-looking briefcase contains most, if not all of Mister Business' equipment for the mission he is on.  However, this is not a mere briefcase.  With a few flips of the latches, the case folds into a boxy-looking submachine gun that fires rubber pellets.  A hollowed out section of the case can fire small balls filled with magnesium and potassium nitrate which detonate in a manner similar to a flashbang.  Within his suit jacket, he keeps a collapsible stun baton.  While he is proficient with knives and handguns, he prefers to use non-lethal weaponry.

Alignment: Marc is the quintessential government agent whose loyalties lie more with his country, rather than a particular person of cause, making him Lawful Neutral at best, and Lawful Evil at worst.

Reputation: Mister Business isn't the most famous Vigilante, but those who have heard of him treat him like they would any other government agent: with a healthy amount of distrust.

Accord Compliance: Marc still had a criminal record from his "Marked Man" days, but as long as he continues his employment with the government, he's seen as compliant.[/hider]
