She rubbed her face, taking in deep breaths. Of course, now that the mask was removed, her entire body was shaking. She didn't have the physical stamina to do [i]any[/i] of the tricks she just pulled. And she doubted she'd be able to redirect any light for a while. Any more, she suspected, and her hair would start to stand up, and she'd go into a faint.

She grinned, before her face fell. Mercury, she realized, probably wouldn't want to go with her somewhere else. She hardly knew him. They'd just met hours ago, and here she was, proposing he run with her back to America. It was silly. It was stupid. He probably wanted to kill Tia, anyways.

She chuckled slightly, though. Without the mask on, things in her head seemed almost...quiet.
