Sorry if it was supposed to be a secret. It just felt pretty obvious, what with having science tagged, secretly talks to some tech wizard over radio, and has an Enclave eyebot as a companion. If it's any consolation, Joshua won't have any idea himself, since he left California before they made their appearance, and never encountered any Enclave in DC either. :P
