Alias: Steelheart

Known Photographs/ Eyewitness Descriptions: Few eyewitnesses have seen Steelheart in action, although there are multiple high quality photos of him throughout several social media websites. The pictures show that he is of a masculine build, and he is seen wearing black nylon sweatpants, a small black backpack, neon green running shoes, thin black gloves, and a neon green, long sleeved t-shirt with his alias spray painted onto the front in black. His head and eyes are covered with a black beanie and a pair of black shades, although his mouth and nose are uncovered.

Modus Operandi: Steelheart has shown a strong knowledge of his territory, supposedly sneaking up onto even veteran criminals. Most of his victims are rendered unconscious before being tied up in black nylon rope. In few cases, suspected murderers or serial killers are simply left dead, hung from buildings or windows by the same black nylon rope. Shortly after an attack, a picture will be posted on the victim's social media accounts or a number of bot accounts presumably made by Steelheart. The pictures often show Steelheart taking a picture with the front facing camera of a phone with himself and the unconscious or dead victim. These pictures are somehow forced onto the feed of all users of the site, and the photos are unable to be removed. Often, the pictures are captioned with the location of the attack and the Social Security number of the victim, as well as Steelheart's signature: "You know who it is ;)." Upon arriving at the scene, police have found the victim tied in rope, but Steelheart is nowhere to be seen, and no DNA is found in the crime scene. In addition, Steelheart is shown to attack all types of criminals, from repeat shoplifters to suspected murderers. However, due to the nature of his territory, the majority of his victims are suspected of performing various hate crimes.

Known Weapons/ Equipment: According to victims, Steelheart has been seen carrying a variety of weapons, mostly kept in the pockets of his sweatpants. He has been reported to carry a coil of black nylon rope, a small can of pepper spray, an black expandable baton, and multiple pieces of advanced equipment, supposedly used to hack into the victim's social media accounts and bank accounts to uncover their Social Security numbers.

Territory: Steelheart has been seen operating throughout the Lake View community in the North Side of the city. However, most activity from him seems to remain frequently in Boystown and East Lake View, noted for their high population of LGBT and Jewish communities.

Notes: Alongside hacking the online accounts of his victims, Steelheart has also been known to hack various electronic billboards throughout the city. The hacked billboards have yet to be repaired, and rather than show the ads of those companies who purchased them, they show a multitude of popular Internet memes, leading for some to refer to the vigilante as "Memeheart."[/hider]
