Count again, Rofls, you get a feat at [color=ed1c24][u][b]every[/b][/u][/color] level from 03 and beyond (not just 04, 06 and 08), this means that she would get and ability at Levels 04, 05, 06, 07, 08 and 09 and feats on levels 05, 07 and 09.

Do you see my point now?
