[@Kingfisher] Well, reactions of the setting and NPC'ed denizens work as the Wild Hunt gets started with their truckjacking/smuggling operations. I think a new gang rapidly making inroads helps to create a degree of tension -- someone's losing business.

I would like to have them involved in trafficking some sort of narcotic. I was thinking of running some sort of heroin-esque drug for the Tong. In fact, they could be the distribution network for them from Santa Somabra into other parts, as bikers move around, and heroin is low-bulk, ideal for shipment via bike. Honestly, law enforcement isn't that sophisticated about drug interdiction, so it'd be salad days for that sort of drug smuggling.

This also gives [@Flagg] an item to occupy his FBI agent. Because whatever sort of souped up voodoo smack they're selling will probably kill at least one jazz musician. While J. Edgar doesn't mind jazz musicians, possibly commies involved with civil rights, and other bohemians dying, he certainly would not want it hitting white picket fence land.
