It wasn't very funny at the time, but now the event did seem almost laughable, especially scince the guy they'd fought had seemed so strong when she'd been told about his abilities, but had died almost… easily.

There, wasn't any reason to talk about this anymore, and, she didn't really want to. She always had bad dreams, worse than her nightmares, when she got sick, and those dreams dominated her memory of the time. When there's nothing good to focus on, dreams are supposed to be your escape, not a prison.
