This is my point. There should be no [b]need[/b] for a peace treaty. Roleplays are not warring factions and people, recruits, new roleplayers are not new people being enlisted into armies. There are dozens and dozens of roleplays for different themes, and what it comes down to solely is personal taste in roleplay and how it is ran. What the Elite would call Low-Quality Casual may be enjoyed due to the fact that you don't have to put in as much effort, and what the Casual would call the Advanced Elites are merely those that enjoy adding more depth via the strict nature of their roleplay. There is no better, no worse. There simply is roleplay, and I accept all other answers as ignorant. Thus, with that statement, I reiterate that there is no need for a declaration of peace or a peace treaty, unless someone else makes one.
